Commercial Plots in Lahore smart city launching Soon

According to the real estate experts of the region, the investor and future homeowner interest in Lahore Smart City is growing exponentially. The Lahore Smart City is set to be developed initially on 20000 Kanals of Land. According to the management of this smart city, the possibility of future extensions is there but it will be developed once the infrastructural development of the current piece of land is completed. The Lahore Smart city’s NOC from Lahore Development Authority is currently under review and the developers are positive that they will get it within the next couple of weeks. The Lahore smart city will be the 2nd smart city of Pakistan. The first smart city is Capital Smart City in Islamabad which is quickly nearing its completion and the possession of plots has been announced already. Like Capital Smart City, the Lahore smart city will also be developed according to the same international standards and no stone will be left unturned to make this one of the best housing schemes of Lahore and Pakistan. 

According to the real estate experts of the region, the commercial plots in Lahore smart city are set to be launched soon. Sources privy to the situation claim that these plots will be 2.5 to 3.5 marla in size. These sources further add that a limited number of commercial inventory will be floated in the market first on pre-launch rates. It is important to mention here that the commercial plots in Capital Smart city were floated using the same tactics. And nearly all the early bird investors are currently in profit exceeding 1 Million PKR per unit. Since the masterplan of Lahore Smart city is not available, but we can safely assume that this commercial land cutting will be launched in the radius of Lahore By-pass to make it feasible for commercial and business purposes. The date of launch of these Lahore smart city commercial plots is still unknown.
